After years of perfecting the recipe, I’ve created the ultimate artisan pizza dough ball. Made right here in Lake Charles, LA with nothing but the finest Italian “00” wheat flour, pure water, sea salt, and just the right pinch of yeast.
Each 320g dough ball is cold-fermented for 24 hours to develop unmatched flavor and texture, then frozen at peak freshness – so you can enjoy the taste of an authentic pizzeria in your own kitchen, without the long wait.
Perfect for family pizza nights, backyard pizza oven sessions, or experimenting with your favorite toppings. Whether you’re a home chef or a first-time pizza maker, these dough balls are ready to stretch, top, and bake to perfection.
Available in convenient packs of 3, 7, or 12 – because one pizza is never enough.
How to Use:

Thawing: Remove from freezer and keep in original packaging. Rest at room temperature 6–8h or thaw overnight in refrigerator, then let sit at room temperature 1–2h before use.

Shaping: Lightly flour surface. Stretch gently from center outward.

Baking: Bake at 480–550°C (900–950°F) for 60–90 sec in a pizza oven, or at max temp in a home oven for 5–10 min (use stone or steel if possible).
Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C (0°F) until use. Do not refreeze after thawing.
